Julia Misley, previously Julia Holcomb, sues Steven Tyler, alleging little one sexual intercourse assault in 1970s

LOS ANGELES — A girl who has earlier said Steven Tyler had an illicit sexual partnership with her when she was a teen is now suing the Aerosmith frontman for sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit brought by Julia Misley was submitted Tuesday beneath a 2019 California law that gave grownup victims of childhood sexual assault a a few-yr window to file lawsuits for many years-previous circumstances of assault. Saturday is the deadline to file such claims.
